Adult summer squash Camp (Spain) – 5 Week.
Adult summer squash camp will be our 19th appearance in a beautiful location in Spain. We are very proud to announce this 19th edition consecutive squash camp.
Adult Summer squash Camp Palencia is an international event with players from different countries, where you can improve your squash level in a quality squash camp. It´s a great opportunity to spend nice days in July in Spain and enjoy with us the summer squash program.
Since 2003 we have been able to organize numerous squash camps around the world and for us, it will be a pleasure to be able to count on you in this very important event.
We will work with our students the technique through our methodology, the tactical, mental and movement on the court through exercises that will make you improve a lot and quickly.

Adult Squash Camp Schedule:
- 08:00: Wake up.
- 08:15 Breakfast.
- 09:15 Technical training. Train the accuracy on the court with personalized feeding from the coaches. Very personalized sessions with different objectives in each session.
- 10:30 Physical training. We work with physical coaches the different parts of physical conditions: Endurance, speed, power.
- 11:30 Prevent Injuries and stretching session.
- 12:15 Swiming pool and relax.
- 13:40 Lunch.
- 14:30 Relax and Rest.
- 16:00 Squash session. Afternoon sessions are focused on conditional games, matches, tournaments, games against coaches. Sessions where we work the tactical and mental skills.
- 17.15 Seminar. Video Analysis.
- 18.15 Stretching and Shower.
- 20.15 Dinner
