Depending on your use of the website and/or your camp registration, we may process:

  • Identification data: name, surname, ID/passport number (if applicable), date of birth, gender, nationality.
  • Contact data: email address, phone number, postal address (if applicable).
  • Booking and billing data: selected camp, preferences, invoicing details, payment receipts.
  • Payment data: managed by our booking platform partner PLAYOFF INFORMATICA SL (CIF B64864879, C/ Montserrat 22, Sabadell, Barcelona 08202; lopd@playoffinformatica.com). World Enjoyer does not store full card details.
  • Communications: enquiries, emails, WhatsApp or other channels.
  • Browsing data: cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).
  • Images and videos: if the participant gives consent (see Image & Video Policy).

Note on health data: if a participant voluntarily shares health information (injuries, allergies, etc.) to adapt activities, this may constitute special category data. It will only be processed when necessary and on an appropriate legal basis (explicit consent and/or protection of vital interests in emergencies, where applicable).

3 · Purposes

We process data to:

  1. Handle enquiries and requests.
  2. Manage bookings, registrations, payments, invoicing and operational communications.
  3. Coordinate camp logistics (schedules, groups, organisational communications).
  4. Ensure security and prevent fraud or incidents.
  5. Send commercial communications where consent or another legal basis exists.
  6. Analyse and improve the website (analytical cookies, with user consent).
  7. Manage and publish audiovisual content if the participant gives authorisation.

4 · Legal Basis

  • Performance of contract: managing the booking and providing the service.
  • Consent: marketing, non-essential cookies, and image/voice use where applicable.
  • Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, operational communications, service improvement (subject to balancing test).
  • Legal obligation: tax/accounting compliance, handling complaints.

5 · Recipients and Processors

We may share data with:

  • Providers necessary to deliver the service: booking platform (PlayOff), payment gateway, hosting, email marketing, analytics (e.g. Google Analytics with consent), support tools (e.g. Google Workspace), etc.
  • Public authorities where legally required.

6 · International Transfers

Some providers may be located outside the EEA (e.g. tools with international servers). In such cases, appropriate safeguards will be applied (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally valid mechanisms).

7 · Retention Periods

  • Booking and billing data: for the applicable statutory periods.
  • Enquiries: for the time needed to handle them and any follow-up.
  • Marketing: until consent is withdrawn or the user objects.
  • Images: according to the authorisation and while relevant, or until revoked where applicable.
  • Cookies: according to their duration (see Cookie Policy).
