¡Ofrecemos un curso de squash (7 horas)! El Zurich Squash Camp es nuestra tercera edición.
📅 Del 24 al 26 de abril de 2026.
Garantizamos un mínimo de 7 horas de curso (Oro). 4 sesiones durante el fin de semana trabajando en distintos objetivos: técnica, movimiento, estrategia, preparación física, mentalidad y competición.
📶 Trabajamos en diferentes grupos según el nivel.

Objectives and Goals
- Zurich Squash camp. Train and improve your squash in an international environment and watch the best players in the world.
- Receive high-quality instruction from our experienced international coaching team.

- The program will cover all aspects of player development including technique, tactics, movement, and physical training.

Training
Our program will focus on your technique and help develop your physical capacity whilst taking into consideration your level, age, and physical development.
We will also work with you to improve your mental toughness:
- Sessions of stretching and relaxation.
- Develop a personalized action plan for you to take away and work on.
- Individual coaching sessions tailored to your specific needs.
- Video analysis and seminars to improve your tactics.
- Sports psychology and visualization to help you achieve your personal squash goals.
Camp Schedule
Zurich Squash Camp:
- Friday: We guarantee a long training session before the matches.
- Saturday: We organize a long session in the morning before the matches
- Sunday: Training and competition. We finish around 13.00
Venue Training
Grasshopper Squash Club will host our new edition of Zurich Squash Camp.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation between 25 days and event – No refund.
- Cancellation between 25 days and 60 days – 30% Refund.
- Cancellation more than 60 days – 50% refund.
I participated in a 3-day squash camp by and with Tino in Zurich and had a lot of fun and joy. Tino led the training humanly as well as professionally very well and varied. He dealt with each participant individually and also gave valuable, practical tips to improve the game. I can recommend such a squash camp to every squasher from my own experience – regardless of the level of performance. Thank you very much for everything, Tino and see you next time :-)!
