1 · Purpose

During camps, photographs and videos may be taken for:

• Internal documentation and service improvement;
• Event communication (website, social media, press kits);
• World Enjoyer promotional activities.

2 · Legal Basis

The capture and publication of images and voice recordings is carried out with:

• The participant’s consent (and that of the legal guardian if a minor); or
• Where applicable, in contexts of merely incidental or ambient imagery, in accordance with applicable law and exercised with care.

3 · Scope of Consent (if given)

If the participant gives consent, they accept that World Enjoyer may:

• Capture their image and/or voice during camp activities;
• Edit the material proportionately (cropping, editing, music, subtitles);
• Publish it on the website, social media, presentations and promotional materials, for as long as the content remains relevant for communication and promotional purposes.

4 · Minors

For participants under 18, authorisation must be given by the parent or legal guardian. World Enjoyer may request proof of guardianship.

5 · Withdrawal of Consent

The participant may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@worldenjoyer.com. Withdrawal does not affect uses already carried out in good faith prior to the request. World Enjoyer will act diligently to remove or anonymise content where reasonably possible, taking into account copies, cached versions, third-party redistributions, etc.

6 · Content Submitted by the Participant

If the participant sends photos or videos to World Enjoyer (via WhatsApp, email or form), they confirm they hold sufficient rights to do so and authorise their use in accordance with this policy, unless they expressly state otherwise in writing.

7 · Identification

No sensitive personal data will be published in association with audiovisual content. Identification by name will only take place where necessary and subject to careful judgement.
