2 · What Communications Are Included
If the user ticks the consent checkbox, they authorise World Enjoyer to send:
- Camp news and upcoming editions;
- Promotions and discounts;
- Informational and marketing content;
by electronic means (email, SMS, WhatsApp or equivalent channels), according to available preferences.
3 · Legal Basis
Consent of the user. For existing customers, World Enjoyer may send similar communications based on applicable law, always with an opt-out option.
4 · Unsubscribing and Withdrawal of Consent
The user may withdraw consent at any time:
- Via the unsubscribe link in each email; and/or
- By writing to info@worldenjoyer.com.
5 · No Conditioning of Service
Camp booking does not depend on accepting commercial communications (except operational communications required for the booking itself).
