COACHING TEAM

Our coaching team is led by Tino Casas, a professional coach and former PSA player, together with the World Enjoyer coaching team. With more than 450 international camps delivered in 17 countries, the team brings a broad international perspective and a structured coaching approach to every session.

Throughout the weekend, players work on key areas such as technique, tactics, movement, physical preparation, mental preparation, and match play. The objective is to provide practical guidance, personalized feedback, and a high-quality training experience adapted to different levels.

GOALS & OBJECTIVES

The Swiss Squash Camp is designed to help players improve their game over three days in Biel/Bienne through a focused weekend training experience. Sessions are organized by level so players can work on the right priorities and progress in a supportive international environment.

  • Develop better tactical decision-making and match strategy
  • Improve movement and overall physical capacity on court
  • Strengthen mental preparation and confidence during play
  • Apply learning through competitive matches and match-play situations

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

At World Enjoyer, the training methodology combines technical development, tactical work, movement training, physical preparation, mental preparation, and match play so players can improve in ways that transfer directly to real matches. Over this weekend squash camp, sessions are adapted to level, age, and physical development.

Our methodology focuses on:

  • Developing technique through structured on-court training
  • Improving movement and physical capacity with level-appropriate work
  • Building tactical awareness through coaching, seminars, and video analysis
  • Supporting mental toughness through sports psychology and visualization
  • Using stretching and relaxation sessions as part of the overall process
  • Providing individualized coaching tailored to each player's needs
  • Organizing training in groups based on level so all players can progress effectively

The goal is to help each player leave Biel/Bienne with a stronger understanding of how to train, compete, and continue improving after the camp.

CAMP SCHEDULE

The Swiss Squash Camp includes a minimum of 8 hours of training from 13 to 15 November 2026. The program is organized across three days in Biel/Bienne, with level-based groups to ensure each player trains at the right pace and intensity.

Schedule overview:

  • Friday: long training session in the afternoon/evening
  • Saturday: double sessions (morning and afternoon) plus camp dinner
  • Sunday: training and competition until 14:00

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made within 25 days of the event (0–25 days before the start date): no refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations made between 26 and 60 days before the event: 30% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
